never heard of it, Google finds nothing but an article about this book mentioning it, do I guess that is a new location for this adventure

“In this art by Jedd Chevier, we see a pair of adventurers outside the Three Moons Vault, a complex on Krynn where allies of Lord Soth await them.”

Name-checking both Soth and Acerak is interesting. Is this a Legion of Doom situation?

IIRC Strahd was mentioned before, so it's very likely. Nine Hells could feature Tiamat, but I don't know who would be Spelljammer's, FR's and Eberon's villains.
Spelljammer could be the Gith queen, or the Astral Elf nobility from the Advebture in the boxed set.

The Beadles & Grimm set has minis for "Warforged Blades," and the Mournlands location puts the Lord of Blades into serious contention.

FR could be just about anybody.
