Great work, Dave!

I don't know how much of a perfectionist you are, but if you don't mind some very brief (I haven't read every word in your document yet) editorial notes: You have minor typos in your conditions: Both Swallowed and Weakened say "Your are" when they mean to say "You are".

Please do, I have been notified of some other copy/paste errors by @Matrix Sorcica too. So make all the fixes at once would be great!

Some of the save DCs don't add up (I think) . It might be because you assume some magic items? It'd be good to know before nitpicking the stat blocks 😉
Strahd, Kas, and Iggwilv are using magic items to enhance certain attacks. Though I am thinking of stepping those back some.

Regardless, but to comment and I can check then to not comment and it gets missed IMO.

Thank you!

Well done! I noticed a couple of spelling and grammar errors. In Lolth's entry you call her Miska at least once.

I do have one suggestion with regards to the Conditions: when Empowered, let all damage dice be rolled with Advantage (rather than maxxed) and when Weakened let all damage dice be rolled with Disadvantage (rather than halved). Rolling more dice is usually more fun, and it allows for the occasional odd result.

I dislike the Object Resistivity thing: it smacks of the old 'Need +1 / +2 / etc to hit'.

Thank you for the comments.

Regarding Object resistivity: any suggestions on how to make it more granular in a simpler way? So it is not just magic weapons or not. I My other thought was just to make it by tier, but not sure.
