Fighting the Gray Tide (Miniature Painting)

That shambling mound in the background is such a fun miniature. I'm not the biggest Wizkids fan, but I do love some of their monster designs.
That’s pretty much how I feel about Wizkids. Last week I decided to give them another chance, but painting their PC miniatures does not spark joy.

I’m going to call the head done. I might okay around with the eyes a bit more later, but for now I think I’ll get his arms and other fleshy bits.

Nice. I think the biggest "mini" I ever painted was about a foot and a half tall - my mom had gotten into ceramics at one point and had a really nice angel figure she wanted to give to one of the relatives, so I agreed to paint it up on commission since it had really nice detail on it.

I finally finished all the HeroQuest minis I own. I don’t have Against the Ogre Horde or the two from the mythic version, and I don’t have the monk. But still- it’s a LOT of painting! The album has like 45 pics. But here’s the number of figures I painted in one photo.
