There are quite a few that while I can't read the labels, I can derive from the art and other markings that they are all sorts of hot.. I've been picking up one or two each time I go and rolling the dice. So far nothing has killed me..

You can make a lot of great ramen at home without all the salt and preservatives of instant noodles. There's probably a dedicated aisle in your grocery store with the ingredients or another dedicated Asian market nearby.
