Hmm, perhaps, though for the in-universe Charr, they're VERY much opposed to trucking with weird elemental forces after they dropkicked the entire shaman caste for lying about the nature of their "gods."

honestly I kind of want the Matoran from Bionicle as conceptually they are like hobbits just better in every way that matters, even the six basic varieties are great that is before you get the insane options like the ones who can live on the surface of the sun with no ill effects.
