Because you think anchovies are gross and will never catch on or because they are already a traditional topping so that claiming that they will be the next big things shows you are behind the times?

Sadly, nobody in my family likes anchovies on pizza, so I rarely get to eat that anymore. I miss living in New York City and buying pizza by the slice.

Because the market is well aware of them and, like your family, they have almost entirely said "pass." They will always have a devoted fandom, but anyone claiming they're the next big mainstream thing is simply wrong.
