It's an MCU movie so they can still halfway botch it, but thankfully it's not one of the DCU movies or they'd manage to fully botch it and half the cast would be in jail or something as it hits theaters.
Still, Thunderbolts was a comic book I vaguely remember from decades ago that has probably gone in a completely different direction since I last saw it. I'm curious to see where this one goes and if any of it is familiar to me.

Since its first villains in disguise incarnation (which was amazing), the Thunderbolts apparently have become the home for villains and anti-heroes seeking redemption, much like in this movie. I haven't kept up with modern Marvel or DCU comics, though, so I can't say more than that.
