Well, that was an interesting finale and some unexpected twists.

I'm a series-and-a-half behind. But when I saw that big Doctor Who forum site go down I knew something was up and was spoiled for the end of today's episode. Clearly I need to get a move on. So wild.

I don’t think we got enough time with Ncuti’s doctor, especially considering how many Doctor lite episodes we got over these short seasons (series). Nice to see Jodi back. Still dislike her outfit.

I was really hoping he’d regenerate into the Fugitive Doctor. Never cared for the Timeless Child retcon.

I enjoyed the last 2 seasons (series) so forgive me for going off on a bit of a rant. The show feels like it’s relying too much on member berries lately. What was the point of Mel and Susan showing up? Susan’s appearance went nowhere (so far). Mel essentially did nothing except to be there to say “ I remember you” to the Rani. Now the doctor has regenerated into Rose 1.

Also, too much reliance on CGI big bads in the season ( series ) finales. Did they learn nothing from the DCEU).

Glad that Mrs Flood’s version of the Rani escaped although I want more of Archie Panjabi’s version. The Doctor seems to have forgotten she escaped as he immediately called himself the last of the Time Lords again.

Yeah, I feel a bit cheated as Ncuti and Co really found their footing this series/season.

Yup, my current understanding from reading around per BBC and other outlets is that a new deal between Disney and the BBC hasn't been talked about. So right now the show is kind of in limbo as for as the US goes.

I did enjoy this finale, it explained things satisfactorily including the Bone beast.
I didnt like the giant skeleton design of Omega, was hoping theyd give a nod to his old armoured form.

Good to see Anita back and the companions teaming up. Really want to know who her boss is now - Im guessing Susan.

Great that Mrs Flood is still around, but would have liked to see more of Panjabi in the role.

Would have been interesting if Poppy was the Timeless Child.

Disappointed that Gatwa has already regenerated, though the twist could mean anything really.

I had just gotten used to him and now he's already gone.

I'm wondering if that's the first time that The Doctor has regenerated voluntarily? We've seen him refuse to regenerate, but I can't remember an instance of him willing regeneration.
