So, I discovered this app a few years ago when my lil brother got married and asked me to run music snd karaoke. It’s called Kara fun and a sub is like 5 bucks a month for private use.

Turns out it has a commercial license for karaoke hosts to use. It has an unbelievable catalog and most of the renditions are really good.

I’m in Minneapolis. Folks were also using Kara fun in Milwaukee.

Being from here, I often to forget that. I watched a documentary recently on The Tragically Hip, and front man Gord Downie (a Canadian) wears a First Avenue hat through a good part of it. We got a solid public station in 89.3 The Current, and not just American acts come through, people from all over the world look forward to it.
