Pineapple Express: Someone Is Wrong on the Internet?

Fun fact for the day: 3 Nov 1941: The Japanese Fleet receives Top-Secret Order No. 1, ordering the bombing of Pearl Harbor, Mayala, the Dutch East Indies, and the Philippines, which would bring the United States into World War II.

Here's another fun fact for you, connected to that. When Pearl Harbor was attacked, Canada declared war on Japan immediately. Before the United States did. You don't screw with our friends.
And here's another fun fact: There were 2335 service members and 68 civilians, for a total of 2403 people killed during the Pearl Harbor attack. Of those, almost 1/2 or 1177 died when the USS Arizona was fatally attacked and exploded. By contrast, 2,977 civilians died when the Twin Towers collapsed during the September 11 attacks.

Well now, that's a nice sentiment but I'm under no illusion Canada declared war because the US was attacked. I know that Japan also attacked the British Empire in Hong Kong and Malaya and declared war on the UK and Canada the same day Pearl Harbor was attacked. Canadians may be stalwart allies, but they've been stalwart allies of the UK first and foremost. The US was a secondary consideration before NATO.

Man, between the lack of sleep, health issues of those I take care of, idiot neighbors, and stupid takes online? I'm looking at a 16 hour day right now, at LEAST.
