Respectfully, I'm enjoying the process of learning to make my own pizza much more than I enjoy discussing the art of making pizza with other people. Especially since they usually start with, "Oh, this is done much better in <example pizza>." Like, I know there are other pizzas. Life is about the journey. Let me do my own thing.

I enjoy eating pizza, more so than making it, and I was a pizza maker for a while. I like different kinds of pizza, though not with Bell Peppers as they give me heartburn, or some sort of allergy to them. My favorite is sausage, mushroom, and onion; maybe not to everyone's liking, but that's fine. I mean I don't judge people about what pizza they like.
