Respectfully, I'm enjoying the process of learning to make my own pizza much more than I enjoy discussing the art of making pizza with other people. Especially since they usually start with, "Oh, this is done much better in <example pizza>." Like, I know there are other pizzas. Life is about the journey. Let me do my own thing.
