I feel that. For the last three days I've been dealing with someone who placed the wrong sort of request for a job, then couldn't figure out how to place the right one despite me giving them a paint-by-numbers for it, followed by Helpdesk telling her to just do the wrong request that we aren't permitted to complete unless it's properly submitted. (Due to data deletion being involved we need explicit consent.) She finally got it right about 3 minutes ago.--
