    BARD. They help to buff up the others and help the damage and to hit. A bard helps a prty that covers the basics that much stronger.

    A group setting of diceless RPGing would need to be all in the same mindset. Everyone would need to have a similar gaming philosphy of what is under/overpowered.

    Your original way is not correct, however, you can house rule it that way. As a player I prefer it that way. As a DM I would watch for min/maxers who take advantage of that rule.
