Does anyone know of any guidelines out there for PCs owning a tavern/inn?

I'm looking to see what products are out there for a d20 game in a Cyberpunk-setting and get some recommendations.

I recently began running a Ptolus campaign. One of the PCs is a monk with a high Wisdom score and low Intelligence score. The player is looking for advice on how to roleplay this. Any advice?

I'm also interested in the 3.5 update to Races of Faerun. I poked around the WOTC site and couldn't find it either. :\

Is the "Quintessential" line by Mongoose and the "Path of..." line by Fantasy Flight Games compatible with D&D3.5?

I have two cases mounted on the walls in the living room. Each houses roughly 300 painted miniatures from WOTC, Reaper, GW, etc. I love using them so long as they don't slow the game down.
