That painting seminar is pretty popular but don't you want to play in at least one game, Nik? :)

I play in alot of RPGA events as It is.. normally I would say yes I would love to play in at least one event.. but I enjoy teaching how to paint alot as well. Having played D&D for 29 years I have ALOT of gaming under my belt.. and having been painting for a little less then 9 years I have less painting exp so with my home game once a week and Living Kalamar games I can play in every other month it seems.. I would rather teach someone to paint at this particular event :)
Thanks for askinig though :)

Trev, sorry that you can't make this game day. Teach those high school students the right way to march.

Or you can tell them that the event has been moved over to Games Plus. ;)

Floyd, glad to hear that you are looking towards a full recovery. Hang in there!

FYI, folks, Chris from RPGObjects has offered to donate a copy or two of Legends of Excalibur. Booyah!

Oh, and SOMEBODY FILL THAT LAST EVENT SLOT!

:D

Suggestion

Just a suggestion, but I would think that a cut off date would be a good idea for the last submital for the last slot. Maybe the 15th of September or whatnot.

Come'on folks...if 'mr nearly cut off his own fingers' can still run two games on game day someone else can step up and run ONE game. ;)

I do like the idea of a cut off date, though i like the sept 20th date for some reason...perhaps because it gives an extra "non 9/11 weekend" between now and the cut-off. That weekend will have a lot of folk's minds elsewhere then gaming. Just a thought.

Plus the 20th still gives players a full month to sign up, i am thinking they only really need two weeks...the longer the sign up the more that can happen between signing up for and playing a game.

Given your recent accident, Mister Wesel, I would have thought you'd be opposed to a cut-off date... ;)

(The "FC" stands for "Fingers Cut-Off!")

A cut-off date is not a bad idea, but I'm going to hold off proclaiming one just yet. We actually filled up event slots pretty quickly. I'm going to wait and see, at least for a little bit.

Hey Buzz, Here is the new and improved banner ad. No moving, flashing, dancing, or prancing. Plus its only 14K. Is this what you were hoping for?

Prizes

Buzz.

If you still need prizes Khan's Press is more than willing to give out some pdfs again.

(ps... there are two or three people that never claimed their prizes last time, even after multiple emails saying that it wasn't a scam or a joke... so I guess their prizes are up for grabs too :p )
