As far I am concerned, I could run it both slots, but since Mark wants to paint and, darn it, he has worked hard for this fine day to become what it has, I am officially moving the Painting seminar to the morning.

Most likely I will paint all day, but I am not sure yet. I get to game regularly, but finding time for painting is hard.
I will be there for the whole day and willing to paint as well. Is it possible get two slots for painting at the same table? That way we do not have to move and are more then able to paint adequetely with a longer learning time for others that want to really learn some techniques :) (not that I am implying that you would not learn from one slot.. but heck two makes it better eh :D )

That painting seminar is pretty popular but don't you want to play in at least one game, Nik? :)

Eye of the Needle

Eye of the Needle, an adventure using Monte Cook's Arcana Unearthed set in The Lands of the Diamond Throne. Six experienced players will use pre-generated 5th-level characters. (I might allow people to bring their own characters but their compatibility and/or possible death is what they will have to deal with.)

The Countess of Menshyre’s daughter Evina lies dying in Sormere of a slow, wasting illness. The family believes that it was sent by a powerful and ancient foe, Vulthas, the Lord of Dark Flames. Skilled akashics hired by the family delved deep into the Akashic Memory and found a record of this happening once before. The cure for this plague may be found in records lost in the wild northlands. The family asked the PCs to recover the first of three akashic memory stones, the Treasures of the Soan.

Are they ready for the challenge of recovering the first of the Treasures?

How long are the time slots?

Peace and smiles :)

Ok, here is the writeup on my event, to be run in the second slot.

Meet Me Halfway
D&D 3.5, 10th Level Characters Provided

The Festival of Toan is always a joyous occasion for the village of Graceville. But when the Lute of Toan is stolen, six brave souls must venture out to track down the giants who took it.

Okay, I've added the recnt games to the main post.

FYI, given the hubub going on here at ENWorld right now, we may move this thread over to the Creative Mountain Games site. I'm going to wait and see for a little bit, however. A notice will go out if this does come to pass.

Just to put games on the schedule. Once we fill up our last slot (or determine that it won't get filled), we start a sign-up thread.

It's looking pretty good. I wonder who will step up and fill that last slot...? :)

Due to the other two D&D events running in the afternoon slot, I think I will closed the vote and run my OA in slot 2. That way we can have some variety.

Hey Buzz, how about a rundown of what prize support has been accumulated so far. That way we know who has generously donated and whom else we might make inquiries to. I would not want to bug someone who has already contributed. Since an AU game is scheduled, has anyone sent a polite note to Monte? Just a thought.
