Shorrin leaps to his feet and sprints toward the vampires. He unleashes a fury only a dragonborn could be proud of, knocking the vampire to the ground. His hammer rains down on the vampire... until he realizes that his blows don't come close to landing. Larzina shouts to Murphy
"Murph, let's give him the old one, two" She brings her glaive around against the Vampire, striking the prone creature with a strong cut.
With Larinza's opening Murphy takes a quick stab, but his attack is not terribly effective. However when he regathers his wits after shaking off the many attacks from the foes, his eyes glow with a soft red colour as he stares at the lead vampire.
"Fool, you'll be needin' aa lot more than these mooks ta be dealin' with ol' Murphy. Next time ya should look afore you be grabbin' dames. Now ta take it out on yer hide." the assassin jokes, distracting the creature as two shadows creep up behind it. Slashing at him, his blade taking on an almost incorporal look as it passes through the vampire, leaving no visible wound.
"Now be a good boy and be helpin' out ol' Murphy" as he points to the other enemies.
Looking around, he sees Janus preparing one of his patented area spells, and he knew it was time to get outta here. He gives a nod to them,
"Don't worry guys, I'll be back" he promises, as he tumbles backwards, right into a shadow and reappears next to Dextyr, right out of the bard's own shadow.
"Now Janus, they're all yours" Murphy calls out.
As Murphy is surrounded and hammered from all sides Janus see's the moment he has been waiting for begin to form. The tendrils of fate have woven his enemies movements to his advantage, grouping them together.
"Murphy, get out of there! I'm going to blast them all. Everyone STAND CLEAR" Thunder ripples out from Janus, knocking one of the spawn back and dead to the floor. He follows with a blast of light that strikes all the creatures. The spawn immediately turn to dust in the radiant light and the vampire lord burns and writhes on the floor in pain. Tonk siezes the moment and rushes in to bash it.
[sblock=mechanics] Shorrin hits with Knockdown Assault to knock prone and 4 damage, so he can save Shield Slam for later. Villian's Menace misses, but there is an ongoing effect. Larinza hits for 8 damage, giving Murphy an MBA (he misses). Murphy hits with Army of the Night for 9 damage (Blood Drain weakens, as noted in previous post) and vampire is under effect TENT. Janus hits one with Thunderwave and the rest with Color Spray, killing all the minions and really hurting the vampire (vulnerability radiant) for 19 damage. Tonk charges and hits for 18. All those that hit heal 4 from Dextyr's Stirring Shout.
