What a week to come back from vacation! There was an audit of my branch's credit files as I returned to the office. We worked long hours monday and tuesay to dot the 'i's and square everything. We passed the damn thing with a score of 91 when the passing grade is 90 so I guess this last minute scrambling was necessary! :lol:

Anyway, as you know I don't update on wednesday and thursday which brings us to today.

Update is in progress. It may take a while; I am threatened with being dragged kicking and screaming for some shopping for my new condo any minute now and in the evening my sister and baby niece are doing the weekly visit but by Thor (who prevented me updating yesterday...) I swear to be done at some point today!

The arcanist has some trick left up his sleeve and a powerful mental blast stuns Ashir. Meanwhile, both the chained cambion and his flying brethren disantangle themselves in spectacular fashion; one burst skyward and in a powerful explosing that burns his attackers while the chained cambion's weapons of choice flay around and push Rocco back.

OOC: Then to keep everything minimally changed, Primera should end up adjacent to Rocco...Rocco cannot benefit from the saving throw since he's out of the blast (but maybe Mal would allow that first roll that succeeded to apply to Renquist? Altough I believe Neurotic already stated the lcoation near Chain is acceptable?

I did say it's alright so we don't need to change much, I'm sure Dante and Max can kill whatever's left there and we will keep chain busy in the meantime. Hopefuly, Meta can get us some more healing...but I'm fine either way. Will see when Mal posts full round and the map

GM: Finally, I'll let my mistake stand and returned Rocco next to the other Cambion.

His attack missed anyway and I don't know how to retcon the Nementah healing if Rocco is elsewhere.

The ball of fire extinguishes as Ashir is unable to maintain the focus over it.

The genasi regains control of his faculties though.

Standard: Decree of Khirad onto I1 and W2. Before the attack, I'll slide W2 two squares down (z-axis down, not south down) and the imp one square NE. Hits the Imp with a 28 vs Will, misses the Wraithborn with a 16, so I'll use Dark One's Own Luck to reroll the latter attack. 17, much better. I guess for once Haruka was out-Dark Oned. So W2 takes 16 psychic damage from my miss. The imp will then attack W2. He misses with a 16 vs AC, and therefore takes 20 psychic damage.

Did W2 make his save against the fire and lightning vulnerabilities (one save for both)?

OOC: Mal, Renquist was dazed for moving closer to Chained Cambion last turn. Is that a TSNT, TENT, save ends condition? Also IronSky, the Chained Cambion is -2 AC (Save ends), so unless it saved on its turn (and Mal may have to roll that still) you hit. I'll post Renquist after I find out if he is still dazed or not.

GM: Dante: Your power is an immediate reaction, so it occurs after the trigger. As part of the attack, the Cambion flew 8 square high and was out of reach. You didn't hit him with the immediate reaction.

Renquist: It's Save ends.
