Looks like the ogres hp almost doubled from the playtest. Put him in some plate armor and give him a great axe and he will be really tough.

Can't tell what his AC is in hide armor. Looks like 11, which could imply a size penalty concept being added to the game.

The ogre has a -1 dex modifier and hide armor was AC 12+dex modifier in last playtest packet.

Hide armor was 12 + Dex modifier in the playtest, thus it probably is 12 - 1 (from Dex 8) = 11.
