I think we should start calling you Spock. Or T'Pol.;)

Does that mean i get to sing........?

Bilbo!
Bilbo Baggins, the greatest little hobbit of them all!
Bilbo!
Bilbo Baggins!

Actually, its hard to do, but once you get to a certain level that you realize you have a lot of control over your emotions you can pretty much decide to be happy all the time. Its nice. :)

OK, good to know Kahuna. I just like to know that I'm not on the List for people that I haven't tried to irk.

Can I sing the companion piece to the Bilbo Song?

(To Tune of the old Spiderman Theme)
Legolas, Legolas,
Bow Mad, Pointy Ear'd, Legolas!

and for that Humour break, here is a really old EXPENSIVE PC

Yeah,

Thanks everyone who did post in this thread by the way. It really opened up my eyes on a lot of issues that I never thought I would ever see about a game, and how some people really have problems with how some DM's run thier games.

Id ask about that list also but I'm afraid of the answer I might get. :p

Just another day at EN world. I get my eyes opened to something I never considered almost everyday around here. I also found that I learned a lot I never considered in this particular thread.

Heck just drop another DM vs PC thread on about any topic and the fireworks will start again (think of it as a public service to Kahuna Burger, to help with list additions and upkeep).

Grin,

Yeah. Well I usually don't post very often but I thought that was a good topic to ask about. It seemed like it was and a lot of different answers were discussed, and at least it was kept civil also, it could have turned into a nasty flame war. :D

The moderators here seem to be pretty good firefighters too, I have yet to see anything get too far out of hand.

While true, I don't see much point in keeping yourself happy when someone punches you in the face. Possible, but indicative of a masochistic personality. :D

Well if the choice is feeling bad or feeling good... which would you prefer?

there is a term for people who can't feel pain - lepers. I choose to respond within reasonable bounds to my environment. it makes being happy actually mean something and being unhappy tells me I need to remove myself from a situation. I find it hard to believe that being emotionally divorced from the real world is significantly healthier than the physical analogue.

What about people who can control how much pain they feel?
