The rumour I hear is that Joker stays in prison, behind bars the whole time with Harlequin as his proxy.
So virtual cameo with maybe a couple of cutscenes featuring him.

I also thought Ray Olubuwale was to feature as King Shark, but he's not here either

also I'm a bit iffy on the Killer Croc design - I thought he was taller, bulkier and scalier.

finally Morrus - it may be me, but aren't the fingers on that Deadshot pic a bit too pale to be Will Smith?

We can only hope it is as good as DC TV shows like Flash and Arrow. My fear though is it will be more like the DC movies which have not been as good.
