Lal spins and weaves, his robes forming a red circle around him. He feels everything - he is as connected to the bugbear hitting him as he is to Sister grace healing him - her healing he accepts gracefully, the bugbear hits he turns and partially deflects - the blow that should have crushed his head bruises his shoulder instead.
As the bugbear is distracted by the elve's keen blade, Lal slams his axe into the brute, but the blow is turned by the bugbear's armor
Harb noticing that his allies are surrounding the hobgoblin and that they are having a hard time getting through his defenses firmly steps on his lead foot, pinning it to the ground and slams into the creature hard with his shield in an attempt to knock it off it's feet.
For those posting behind Harb in the initiative order so Corsa, Raux and Sister Grace the Hobgoblin (H2) is knocked prone so advantage on melee and disadvantage on ranged.
As the hobgoblin archer hits Flint, the magic in his veins seems to tense, forming a shield that deflects the blow. The dwarf instinctively blinks, and when he opens his eyes again, he finds himself almost 60 feet away, facing away from his attacker, on the road around the shrine.
"What the," Flint mumbles.

Because of the Wild Magic Surge as rolled in the OOC thread, Flint teleported to J17 on the hobgoblin's turn.
Lal swings his tabar at the bugbear but it is absorbed by the Bugbear’s shield, and the Bugbear strikes back, but his blow is just short of the mark.
Loosh moves behind the Bugbear and misses with his pike but catches the beast with the bunt end opening a small cut over his eye.
Flint disappears in a flash and arrives slightly disoriented 60 feet away.
Vin strikes the Bugbear and once again green flame erupts and hits the Worg who falls to the ground his hair and flesh smoldering.
Harb lunges shield first at the hobgoblin standing in front of him knocking him to the ground, while Corsa moves in for the kill. Her first blow glances off the Hobgoblin’s but her second finds the mark.
Raux also attempts to take advantage of the Hobgoblin’s misfortune, but comes up short on both his attempts.
Sister graces mace finds a home in the side of the Hobgoblin archer who attempts to ward off the cleric but misses with the shaft of his bow.
Snarling as he climbs to his feet the Hobgoblin swings at Harb but once again his blade thuds off Harb’s armor.
