Loosh tucks his pike under his arm as he watches the Hobgoblin archer running away. Seeing everyone's concern, he prays to Gozreh and claps his hands; there is a flash of light, bright but brief, in the direction of the Hobgoblin.

OOC: Action: Sacred "Flame" (Flash) at H3. dc12 Dex Save or take [roll0] Radiant Damage. If the goblinoids left the door open, Loosh will look inside.

The Bugbear eyes widening pulled himself deeper into the blade and with his last movements spit blood onto the face of Lal before crumbling to the ground.

The Hobgoblin Archer danced out of the way of Vin’s blades before Corsa caught him in the back with a dagger and two balls of
flame came from the sky to burn the remaining life out of him.

GM:
So everyone that you know of is dead, feel free to move, investigate freely if another encounter comes up we will start initiative fresh.

Harb looks through the door of the Riverwood Shrine and sees wooden statues of both Erastil and Desna—both now chopped and marred by hobgoblin weapons – stand in their own alcoves in the northwest end of the shrine, while alcoves on either side serve as general shrines to the variety of other gods and spirits worshiped by the locals.

A dozen human bodies lie scattered across the floor and pews, and have been left to rot, as the invaders had left to confront the adventures outside.

Corsa pulls her dagger out of the dead hobgoblin's back, then walks to the door of the shrine to pull her second dagger out of the wall next to it. She glances in the door briefly before heading to search their enemies' bodies without a word.

"Anyone still alive in there?" Vin calls out. He looks about the fallen and quickly casts a spell. His eyes glow a radiant blue as his sight switches and he sweeps his magical sight around.

OOC: Cast detect magic and using it to check over fallen foes and people in the temple

Lal stops spinning, wiped the blood of his face and cleaned his tabar on his fallen foe. He felt a bit hurt but... he should have died there. He nodded gratefully to Sister Grace and Loosh.

But the gratitude faded quickly, as Lal looked behind him worriedly.

"We should move quickly - we may only have mere moments before reinforcements arrive! Let's get the people and move"
