Talin releases the arrow striking the closest bandit. As the arrow leaves the bow Talin is struck by the lucky shot. He winces as the shaft buries into his leg. He pushed out the throbbing pain from the wound and draws another arrow. He takes aim at one of the bandits engaged with Barakas and fires. With his second shot fired Talin limps into cover and assesses the damage to his leg.

OOC: Held attack on Bandit 2: 1d20+6 19
Held shot damage.: 1d6+4+1d6 11 Not sure if I get sneak attack with the first shot. If I don't get it take 4 from this damage.

Round 2:
Attack on Bandit 3: 1d20+6+1d4 24
Damage to Bandit w/ Sneak Attack: 1d6+4+1d6 10 Again not sure if Sneak attack is valid. If not subtract 4 from this damage.

I am looking for cover. I would move to C6 or L9 which ever provides more cover. Also I am assuming 5ft per square.

Great work listing the possible sneak attack damage separately. You didn't get the first sneak damage because of the poor stealth roll (i.e. no surprise), and did get it for the shot against the bandit Barakas was fighting.

All the brush looking squares are cover, then of it like a bunch of tall thin trees in the area. So you need to stay near the edge of it not try and shot through the trees, giving your target cover.

Each brush square is difficult terrain.

Updating round now.

Congrats again on LVL 2- couple things before you make your adjustments.

First and most important is this will kind of be like a video game level up. You get your new HP added to whatever your current total is. You get the HD to spend if you wish. And for the spell casters you get another first level spell slot, but not the extra spell (prepared spells only).

So Barakas is at 4/12 HP right now. And I think both Terry and Niklos cast one spell so they will have 2/3 1st lvl spell slots if they take a level in a spellcasting class.

Which brings me to the second thing. Forgot the randomness of all this, but tglassy already rolled so here are the other classes if anyone wishes to multi-class.

Cyan:
1) Barbarian
2) Fighter

Niklos:
1) Druid
2) Fighter
3) Monk
4) Ranger
5) Rogue

Talinthos:
1) Bard
2) Fighter
3) Sorcerer
4) Warlock

Terry:
1) Bard
2) Druid
3) Sorcerer
4) Warlock

I said before that the rogues had to wait till level 4 but I will ex-nay that because of the rule to keep each class wtihin 1 lvl of each other. I think you get to chose the path/archetype to fit your first class.

I was looking at Cyan as she seems to be the frontline warrior for the group and could benefit from this. And if jumcchiello was thinking of another class for Terry her options look like added support roles if your thinking of that route. I looked up divine soul for sorcerer and thought it a great RP option.

Niklos gains preserve life a great use for his channeling ability I would take another level of cleric. But just my suggestion not writin in stone.

Only thing I thought cool for Talin was to roll warlock and then go hexblade. Cool combo.

So that is my short observation, please use the above as you decide on your lvl up. And Congrats again - a well earned lvl.

Just so you know, Terry is sticking with Cleric for now. If the group cannot get useful info from the bandit, she's planning to cast Speak With Animal on the bear to maybe find out where the bandit's lair is.

What's awesome about this is I would never have chosen Nature as the domain for a cleric I created on my own. And in this encounter, she's already use one of her domain spells I would never have picked on my own and she might end up needing the other as well. :)
