It's not specific to Fith Edition but weird uses of words like, "I'm going to sneak up on the dragon while stealthing."

I really wish they would indicate concentration spells on stat blocks. An asterisk or something would be helpful.

Indeed. Even in D&D Beyond, the little icon for Concentration in spell descriptions could do with being a lot more prominent.

I took the OP to be referring to phrasing in the rule books and/or official discussion of the rules books like in Sage Advice.

In which case;

Damn I’m surprised I can’t think of more. I notice like crazy when a Kobold press product for 5e fails to use the normal 5e phrasing.
