Somebody offered to do that, earlier. Please do, and perhaps refer him to this thread.

The way I'm viewing it is that spells are like a wine stain on a shirt sleeve, wine is its own item, and the stain can be removed from the sleeve, but while it is on there, the stain is part of the item.
I agree that it is too powerful for such a cheap item and would not allow it to work that way in my game, but I think that is how it works as written. My answer would be to simply house rule it to the position you take and make spell durations an explicit exception to the stasis.

1) Someone mentioned that I should go back and reread spells.
I think you may have misconstrued my remark about getting a +11 weapon. I did not mean that the weapon has a +11 to hit and damage, I meant that you could easily get a weapon with a total of +11 in abilities:
Thanks all!
I always saw the stasis effect as for Flaming weapons or Sonic weapons that activate on command... not to "hold in stasis" spell durations... just rule that spell duration doesnt stop...
So if I get magically poisoned can my lvl 16 wizard buddy spend 5,000g and cast Temporal Stasis on me, then after the magic of the poisons duration has worn off dispel magic Temporal Stasis.I suppose that but stasis they meant to add "as per the spell Temporal Stasis".
But this does not say anything about what happens with spells cast upon the subject. I'd rule that they last for their normal duration, even if the subject they have been cast upon is unchanged.
You also need to look up how bonuses stack. Different enhancement bonuses (the +'s in magic weapons) do not stack. You use the highest applicable, i.e. +5.
Read through all the spell descriptions, and you will notice how, for example, Greater Magical Weapon is capped at +5.
Ah, yes, and in regards to the glove from 20 years ago...(Well..19...but who's counting)...
I would have ruled it took a natural 20 DEX roll to even use correctly. In that way, it was FAR underpowered.
Why?
Have you ever tried snapping with gloves on...Good Luck getting a snap with those on.
