Does the beast seem fully immune to non-magical damage or just resistant? Or is there no way to know? Akos cannot reliably penetrate SR with eldritch blast and cannot really help except for healing (and most of his spells are already spent). And his weapons aren't magical :D

The creature has basic resistance to non-magical weapons. It isn't completely immune. The damage just has to be high enough. A dagger likely would do much to it, and Akos would have to get a lot closer. Non-magical bows, that aren't composite, and non-magical crossbows aren't likely to do much damage unless a character scores a critical hit.

Plus, the beast has fast healing. Yes, Tim will likely overpower it eventually, but it will take time.

Tim's saves vs. Breath Weapons...
Reflex vs Beast Fire Breath no 1: 1D20+7 = [7]+7 = 14 (failed)
Reflex vs Beast Fire Breath no 2: 1D20+7 = [14]+7 = 21 (failed)
Reflex vs Beast Fire Breath no 3: 1D20+7 = [4]+7 = 11 (failed)
Reflex vs Beast Fire Breath no 4: 1D20+7 = [18]+7 = 25 (saved)

@Tellerian Hawke, just to let you know that I didn't have the fire protection right. Akos cast mass resist fire, not protection from fire, so Tim has Fire Resistance 10 vs. each breath weapon attack. This means he takes the following damage...

Breath Weapon #1: 4 points
Breath Weapon #2: 1 point
Breath Weapon #3: 2 points
Breath Weapon #4: none

So, that's a total of 7 points of fire damage to Tim.
