there is domain access feature at complete champion page 52, for sorcerers only

It says "+1" not "+11".

So if I am a level 10 wizard and I buy a gate scroll (the caster who scribed it, scribed it as a 20th level scroll) and decipher it then I make a 1d20 + 10 (my caster level) to cast the spell, will the DC for that caster level check be 21???? (scrolls caster level(20) + 1)????

Why plus 11?

How is it calculated? Is it just the caster level of the spellcaster who creates it + 1?

all casters are crippled, i would not be surprised if the monk is the best character of the group, and to think that monks suck:p tell the rogue/cleric to be a straight cleric. put a stop to the caster level loss. retrain them to have only one class, or a prestige classes that advances spellcasting

feycraft and githcraft (dmg2) reduces the arcane spell failure by an other 5% and the spellsword prestige class from complete warrior

conjurer(5)/incantatrix(10)/mage of the arcane order(5)//druid(10)/planar shepherd(10)
