Can you have a use activated or always on effect like that? Seems like it would be easy to have a use activated wand of fireballs that way... Kinda screws with the balance.

Interresting interpretation of the rules. I always read that as you would be both hiding and moving at the same time. Makes more sense to me, since the faster you move, the higher the penalty... Also, I've always thought this sentence from the SRD implied that you were moving when hiding:

Warhulk. all it gets is +2 str and a rock throwing ability. In my game, my ogre brother (all fighter) is going to go for this once he get's his five attacks from BAB.
