1000 Unique Magical Items/priced/lvled/exp

Hello everyone, I'm starting this thread to see if we, the users, can create 1000 unique Magical Items. This can be pretty much anything not covered in Erata, with never-seen abilities, creative combonations of abilities, great combo's, roleplayey type items, cursed/semi-cursed, mysterious powers, artifacts and more. Just start postin and lets see what we can get!

If you don't know required creation lvl, item value, etc.. just go ahead and post ur item, then come back and edit it whenever possible.

So then.....
1) Gloves of Reducing, 8th Level Caster Level
-Permanent Reduction on caster as the spell Reduce cast at 8th level.


Any idea of cost/exp/lvl?

2.) Spectral Whip

A spectral whip does no damage, but allows touch spells of level 4 or lower to be delivered with a successfull ranged touch attack. Additionally, the user of the Spectral Whip gets the benefit of the point blank shot and precise shot feats while using it. Finally, the user can determine the conditions of nearby creatures as if using the Deathwatch spell.

Prerequisite spells: Spectral Hand (for the touch spells). True Strike (for the feats), Deathwatch (duh!)

Especially useful for healing front line fighters.

3) Wizards cap of Randoffectament
Every spell cast by the wizard is effected by the following effects
d100
1-10 All Dice rolls in spell are multiplied by .5 (opposite of empowerment)
11-20 spell becomes empowered
21-30 Spell becomes slightly unfocused, if it requires one action, the spell now takes 1 round to complete. If it requires 1 minute or higher casting time, add (orignal casting timeX.25)
31-50 Spell is heightened as per metamagic feat
51-70 Spell acts normally
71-80 Spell is Maximized as feat
81-90 Spell is Minimized (does the lowest possible roll for all die)
91-95 spell is quickened( this does not stack with any other quickened spells, if another spell has been previously quickened in this round, re-roll the hat)
96-98 Spell is empowered and maximized
99-100 Spell is empowered, maximized, and quickened
( 50% chance of something good; 30% chance of something bad; 20% chance of acting normally)
WOW, thats cool, I just made it up, I am going to edit it several time no doubt, because I made it up with no books or nothin. Prolly needs some work, and I'll try to figure up an item cost etc...

4) Enhanced Pen of Easy Writing
-Reduces the cost of making scrolls by 10%
-All scrolls are created at +1 level (cost is not included when making the item)

Just made this one up as well, i'll configure the costs, exp, etc.. May make a few changes. For others posting items, please mark the number of the item, and edit the item number if you did not put it in (#2 guy)
 

5) Saddle of the Cavalier
- +5 Riding Checks
- Charging/ride by Attack dmg +2
- Horse's speed increased +5

Another off the top of my head item, will revamp, edit, add item costs etc...
 



Talking Tankard:

An intelligent mug that can be filled with water, wine, or any sort of spirits. If you shine it up real nice, and stroke its ego real good, it might transmute any liquid placed in it into fine wine.

No idea about level/cost/exp

Essentially useless for min-maxing, but could be an amusing NPC.

INT: 9 (It is just a mug, after all)
WIS: 10
CHA: 14
