The 2024 Diana Jones Award goes to United Paizo Workers, the first organized labor union in the tabletop roleplaying game industry. So far the win has not been posted on the official Diana Jones website, but the official Coyote & Crow account on Bluesky said:

"I can't tell you how awesome it was to be able to hand off this year's Diana Jones Award to the first union in the games industry, United Paizo Workers Union. I'll never forget it."

This Effin' GM on Twitter also confirmed that United Paizo Workers won the award with a picture from the ceremony.

Other finalists for this year's award include the miniature games convention Adepticon, game designer and owner of Pink Tiger Games Ami Baio, the Danish RPG and board game convention Fastaval, and Rue Dickey's charity bundle TTRPGs for Trans Rights in Florida.

The Diana Jones Award, named after the burnt remnants of the cover of a copy of the Indiana Jones Role-Playing Game from TSR which was discontinued after poor sales, with this final copy of the game making the original now-lost trophy for the Diana Jones Award. Each year in an industry-only ceremony the night before Gen Con, one person, game, company, event, or concept is announced as the winner from three to seven finalists, taking home the award for Excellence in Gaming. More information and a list of past winners is available at the Diana Jones Award website.
