It is interesting insofar as Crawford said they weren't going with a version exactly like any of the UA versions, but were taking the results of each feature and creating a new mix. So, we'll see how that turns out...
Ranger and bard are the only two where the last UA is not indicative of the final version.

Ranger is the only video whose smarminess I'm going to suffer all the way through. It's going to be so goddamn funny/disappointing when they go 'we think Ranger's identity is, the thing they are about is... uh, maybe they... uhh... Hunter's Mark!'
Blame 4e for that...

The only thing I am really concerned is how the ranger should distribute their stats. Especially a str based ranger is quite mad. Especially because they are more lilely to lose hunter's mark due to being hit. So what stats should they really dump? In the end, it will be int and cha. So it leaves 15,14,13,12 for their other stats. And no matter how they go, one stat will stay quite low.
For a STR ranger, probably the best choice is starting 16,12,13,8,14 and just take resilient con as soon as possible.

Blame 4e for that...
Much as 4e's Ranger wasn't that interesting, its Quarry mechanic was actually still miles ahead of Hunter's Mark, simply because it was applied to the nearest target, which automatically encouraged them to move around to get a more optimal target.

For a STR ranger, probably the best choice is starting 16,12,13,8,14 and just take resilient con as soon as possible.
I think you're over-prioritizing Wisdom - avoid things with DCs and it doesn't come up that much. Other than that, yeah, Resilient Con seems extremely solid, except for lagging behind warriors who picked GWM or similar fighting style feat.

Here's the next upcoming video, which surprisingly isn't a class. Anyone have a more comprehensive list of what's coming out next week?
