D&D 5E 20th level Sorcerer vs the world

The rules of the tournament are simple:

1. Only Bastion gets to act
2. Any spell with a cool name kills you immediately
3. You do not know you are being hit until you are dead
You forgot a few.

4. Bastion is always hidden and cannot be detected in any way.
5. Targets of Bastion's Spells always fail their saves.
6. Even if a spell specifically states that the target knows where the caster is, they do not because "imperceptible".
7. Bastion has whatever spells they need for the current situation.

Which ... now that I think of it maybe there is an answer. Bastion is really Batman!

6. Even if a spell specifically states that the target knows where the caster is, they do not because "imperceptible".

I believe that Mind Spike states the caster always knows where the target is. Don't forget, though, that any time you do anything, Bastion has whatever feat or skill he needs to overcome it.

Obviously, since 20th-level Fighters, Barbarians, and Rogues who would dare challenge him are not allowed to use magic weapons, he uses Wish to make himself immune to nonmagical weapon damage. Or perhaps we Rule of Cool'd that high-level sorcerers are just too awesome to be hit with nonmagical weapons...not that it matters, since they aren't allowed to take turns.

We'll see. I have posted a hastily made build, and I hope he'll do the fight. I have many ideas to narrate the epic fight between the Foggy Bottom couriers and the Pegasus Express Plunderer.
Have fun with that. I don't expect the sorcerer to see as much humor in it.

I'm also absolutely not volunteering to DM that. You're braver than I, in that regard.

To which we might add:

8. "One on one" means "with every possible pet or minion you can conceivably create with Wish given an infinite number of level 9 spell slots and a world of compliant NPCs".
9. "No coffeelocking" means "only the Bastion gets to cheese short rest abilities".
10. If it turns out Bastion could have done something to beat his opponent, Bastion retroactively did that thing.

Sorry to have mentioned your name wihtout consulting with you before, as the winner of the last fight this would have been a fitting prize. But I also feel any ruling will get disrespected anyway by one of the contestants anyway
