"DM, Help me! He's too strong!"Again the stealth bonus of the sorcerer is a mere data in the adventure you post.
The Dm who run the adventure have to authority to use any DC appropriate to fit player’s description of action.

Combat has started when you declared your hostile action.I'm hidden against the Wizards, casting subtly spells that doesn't have visual effects against the Wizard.
The Wizard cannot see or detect any sound or visual effect from my spells.
No Initiative.
The funniest thing is. I see nothing and I roll initiative.Combat has started when you declared your hostile action.
Neither party is surprised. Someone has to go first. Initiative is rolled
Monsters have no right, PC enter in a lair to have a good time."DM, Help me! He's too strong!"
That would certainly be great for the chicken player. Though the constitution is too low (they can run around without their heads for goodness sakes).STR 20
DEX 25
CON 10
INT 1
WIS 30
CAR 50
Attack roll +50. 430 force damage.
The ZAP reveals that something / somebody is nearby. The bushes are the most likely place for somebody to hide. At INT 10 you are not as subtle as somebody with INT between 16 and 20."Good luck trying to chase me and stay hidden - Hiding takes an action, and yours is busy casting that long spell - at the same time. In fact, good luck carrying the material components (yes, plural) for Private Sanctum and having a hand free to handle any other spell's material components at the same time."
You roll Stealth Check once vs Creature's passive perception. You remain hidden until revealed, you roll once and It doesn't use stealth action each turn.
What about Int and Subtle? The ZAP reveals that something / somebody is nearby. The bushes are the most likely place for somebody to hide. At INT 10 you are not as subtle as somebody with INT between 16 and 20.
Subtle Spell does not Hide you when you are chasing people around. Breaking your line of sight (by running outside the zone) means you have to leave your cover or let me get away.
Just because I can't see you does not mean I don't know you are there, it just means, I don't know where you are exactly. As a counter point, just because you can see me, does not mean you know what you are looking at.The funniest thing is. I see nothing and I roll initiative.
No matter what you say, you will never roll initiative with something you cannot detect.![]()

I strongly disagree.Just because I can't see you does not mean I don't know you are there, it just means, I don't know where you are exactly. As a counter point, just because you can see me, does not mean you know what you are looking at.
Ironically, you are demonstrating my point. What about Int and Subtle?![]()
