I came in late during this espisode so can someone fill me in on what exactly was Miles reason for leaving Chloe?

Here's some random thoughts.. I'm actually starting to like the VP now that he put on his good guy but still is a total bastard hat on. I loved his threat to his aid after he found out that he was recieving sloppy seconds from her and that she was giving intel on the russian spy. The only problem is that that plot seemed to be a last minute plot since I don't remember seeing the spy until this episode.

I really hope Nadia doesn't remain as director of CTU. She never diserved the promotion and unfortunately, this episode made me think that the majority of CTU's named members considers her promotion a joke. Then again, I think this might be a result of every member of CTU being jaded to changes to CTU's management. They probably figure she'll be out of the job or dead within 24 hours.

Ex-sec of Defense Heller had the best line of the night. That line almost is forshadowing that either CTU will become the chinese target or that Jack Bauer will die in the final hour (as an act of attonment for his "curse").

I have a feeling I know who is going to be the one the chinese try to take in order to get the override command.

Chloe. Has to be. Betcha a nickle. :]

Nope, it's going to be Miles again to give him a chance to redeem himself.

It's gonna be Chloe. I mean think about it, Cheng knows his wife was murdered and he had Audrey kidnapped and tortured. By kidnapping Chloe, it will drive Jack around the bend, which will in turn give Cheng the warm fuzzies knowing he's still able to use the figurative thumbscrews on Jack, even though he's not physically in his hands any more. See, that's evil. And we know that terrorists are evil. Plus, it's a predictable sweep week type thing. :p

:Sigh:

I think next year I will watch heros season 2.. The tv spot for today's 24 (Hour 2-3am) sealed the deal because watching CTU get attacked a 4th time was not what I was waiting all year to see. That event happened during the first several hours then again at midnight when Jack took out all the terrorists.

Unless everyone in CTU is killed by the Chinese I don't think the attack would be as hype worthy as the biological attack which happened last year especially since this attack is taking place 2 HOURS BEFORE THE END OF THE DAY!

Sounds like everyone was wrong...I thought that Miles would get himself killed trying to prove he's not a coward....instead, Milo gets it..

For a counter terrorism task force, they sure seem to be vulnerable to attack. You'd think they'd have more security..

I know it may sound messed up but I laughed when Milo got killed cause of how he got the normal clock going into the comertials break instead of a silent one. Also, I found it ironic that Buchanon being fired ended up being the best thing that happened to any character this season. lol

They do.. unfortunately all of their security guards work for the same company that handles security at the local shopping center. Sadly, the guns they carry are actualy pez dispensers which was why they stood around like idiots when the red alert sounded.

When will Jack ever learn that CTU is not the place to bring his family to keep them safe? That place has been the site of major attacks for four of the six seasons!

That said, I thought that the attack sequences were very well done and consistently interesting. It also made logical sense once we saw who was behind it.
