In my opinion taking a couple levels of druid just for a 1st level spell isnt really worth it. It is a nice spell, but it only lasts 1 minute per level. so a couple of minutes tops. Plus you would have to either know about the fight in advance or waste the first round of combat casting it.

Also about the flurry of blows vs TWF. The differences are not huge and a large part of the choice I think would be what kind of character do you want to play. With flurry you get 2 extra attack at your highest bonus(eventually) but that if mitigated by the fact that your bonus is lower. With TWF you eventually can get up to 3 extra attacks, for a total of 7 attacks. And your BAB is a bit higher then a pure monk. One thing you might think about is a combo of monk and fighter or monk/ranger. Enough monk to get you what you want and enough fighter/ranger to raise your BAB and get some extra feats.

A fighter TWF will do more damage then a monk with generally higher str and Greater weapon spec. However a monk or monk combo will give some nice bonuses that might fit the flavor of your character better.
