The roof is angled at about thirty degrees; the rafters, however, are flush with the ceiling.

Hey all, I know that we're just coming out of the holidays and that some have had problems getting online of late, but if at all possible could we try to get a little posting momentum going? I'd hate for this game to die a slow lingering death as so many PBP games are wont to do...

Scrambling to get back to an "at-least-once-a-day" posting rate. Most of the slowdown on my end is, like you said, getting out of the holidays -- I'm getting back into school after taking a couple of years off, so this week I've been busy crashing courses (blah!).
Sometimes things are just busy -- tomorrow morning for instance, I have class from 9AM 'til 11:30 AM, work from Noon until 5PM, my second job from 7PM to around 10 PM, (blah again!) then I'm going out for drinks with a friend for my birthday (yay!) once they get off work at around 11 PM.
That said, things should settle down considerably early next week, so I nearly positive that I can pick up things by then (if not before). I'm working on the next IC update right now, so hang in there.
