I am willing to bet he just made it up the number and wants us to figure it out for them.

What does 1d4+1 point of damage, you never have to roll to hit . Only has 1 form of movement, only has a HD 1D4 +Con. Any guesses?

Technically, nothing can have '1D4 +Con' Hit Points. Why? You'd need a Con score of negative 10, since the modifier for an ability of -10 would be -10/2 - 5 or -10. However, you can not have an ability score of less than 0.
