Indeed. Hong is correct on two counts. There is not a save on Orcus's attack (remember, Fortitude is now a defense, not a save), and it does not make you die (it takes you to 0 and dying, but not dead).

Saying that 4e has "An attack that, if it hits, automatically makes you dying" or "Instant Dying on Hit", would be accurate.
