Actually, no. The online "SRD" is a list of references to the actual rules. The actual rules will be in a database in the subscription only area of the DDI.

Im pretty sure there will be page number references and stuff like that.

With any luck, we may also get race, class and power building instructions

I mean I was going to subscribe to DDI anyway, so whats the problem?

1) Depends on the limitations and allowances specified of the GSL.


2) Your game world might not be as cool as you believe.
3) It might be as cool as you believe, and the resulting success will drive you nuts. Or your fans. Or both.
