I think Merrick will stay with the bluff group in the end. It makes no sense to have 4 or 5 go one way and only 3 go the other way. And having all ranged with no melee buffer is a bad idea. Although, I suppose the goal of the bluff group is to avoid fights.Gloomstalker needs darkness

I replied to the key IC. It opened a chest on the cart that had 60gp in it....ugh.
Okay, I am so confused right now. I had to deal with a few things, and despite desperately trying to catch up, I still have absolutely no idea what the plan is. I thought we had a plan when we left, but now ... maybe not?
In the IC yesterday, I made a brief reminder that Shamal found a key on the driver. I assume it might be used at the watchtower? But maybe not? Any ideas? Did I miss something?
Also, not even sure about what the groups are. Maybe we should just all stick together at this point? Screw the kobolds. Let's bluff our way in, and when it fails (because, c'mon, it's gonna fail*) we fight.
