Multiattack. The efreeti firelord makes three attacks, using any combination of scimitar attack and its hurl flame power.


Scimitar.
Melee Weapon Attack:
+13 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (3d6 + 7) slashing damage plus 14 (4d6) fire damage.


Hurl Flame.
Ranged Spell Attack:
+9 to hit, range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (6d6) fire damage.

Are we okay keeping all the Abilities/Actions/Bonuses/Reactions/Legendaries in the Efreeti Noble Rough Draft or are there powers you'd like to remove or add?

EDIT: Upon reflection, how about allowing the Firelord's Multiattack to include Flaming Punch and Immolating Touch as well as the standard Efreet multiattack options?

Anyway, back to the efreet - CR 19 critter should be doing around 120 damage/rd, so divided by 3 attacks yields each attack averaging 40 damage I guess.

So:

Scorching Scimitar. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (4d6 + 7) slashing damage plus 14 (4d6) fire damage.

Flaming Punch. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (2d10 + 7) bludgeoning damage plus 7 (2d6) fire damage.

Hurl Flame. Ranged Spell Attack: +9 to hit, range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 28 (8d6) fire damage.

Immolating Touch. Melee Spell Attack: +9 to hit, range 10 ft., one target. Hit: 36 (8d8) fire damage.


I like the renaming of smoke screen to cinder cloud

Pondering Burning Gaze as a Legendary or Bonus action in and of itself? Or you thinking of Eyes of Fire as a prerequisite bonus action for it to be a tougher attack?

That 120 average DPR needs to include Legendary Actions, remember.

Okay, to start with a Huge Scimitar normally does 3d6 base damage.

Guess we could upscale it to a Longsword or Greatsword with flavour text that it's an oversized curvy scimitar-style blade rather than the usual straight sword if we wanted to increase the damage without spindling the rules that much.
