I have added Baba Yaga to the Fey section. Just 3 more Arch-Fey to go!

She’s really cool.

She has resistance vs. all weapons in the core game. Is that appropriate , compared to “official” CR 26 creatures like Demogorgon?

Evil Eye: One attack vs ally, or multiple in case of fighter (and what about action surge)?

Thank you, she was a struggle!

It is not compared to "official" CR 26 monsters, but it is compared to other monsters in this Epic Bestiary. However, this is one of those things that will change in the next draft (not to lesson her resistance, but to simplify how I express them - I hope)

The intent is that it is one attack only (one swing of the sword if you will). I will need to review the PHB to verify the wording to make that more clear and whether or not I want to. Sometimes, I still like to leave some wiggle room for DMs who like it. :)

Check. So by yoyur epic rules, you expect +4 weapons to be reletively common at around lvl 26-27? (I know you don't do epic levels, I'm just using the term as a comparison)

Maybe just call it "a single attack against a...."

Not necessarily. I felt these epic creatures where a little weak on the HP side, so this was a method to increase that. This will get modified in the 2nd drafts (using the "elite" template from my hardcore series the 2nd drafts will have more HP and they will use divine rank to determine resistances. I may introduce relative CR too.). However the general idea for resistance was:

CR 36-40: resistant to +5
CR 31-35: resistant to +4
CR 26-30: resistant to +3
CR 21-25: resistant to +2

However, there is definitely variation. One of the things I want to get cleaned up in the 2nd draft.

I want to check how "attack" vs. "attack action" is defined before I change the wording. I would probably be fine with natural language, but I want to make sure I don't step into a jargon issue.

I've mentioned before my dislike of the plus weapon elements, so, rather than whine, can I suggest some alternatives?

1. Epic creatures have Advantage on HP rolls, so instead of taking the average roll you take the average advantage roll. Or just give them max HP. Giving them Durable might have the same effect.

2. Give free Tough feats: +2 HP per level per free feat.
