D&D General 5e H E L P! Teacher in need of rescue!

Hello, friend. I am a middle school teacher and I am in charge of the Dungeons&Dragons club. 40+ kids are showing up every week, which is astonishing (and beyond chaotic). I have one group of sixth grade boys who have never played before...including their Dungeon Master. They have spent two weeks making "characters" (I use that term lightly). Now, what I am in desperate need of is a simple, short, printable introduction adventure to get them going. Like a map and some rooms with monster stats built in. Think D&D 101: something super simple for the DM to learn and run, and something super simple for the kids to play.

Hello, what a task you took upon your shoulders!
First adventure that comes into mind is "Lost Mines of Phandelver" which can be found at https://5e.tools/adventure.html#lmop
Free to use and play.
It's only a short introductionary adventure and you can just use the map of the mine and goblin stats if you want to make even a shorter version.
And Lost Mines has a good reputation as a solid adventure.

Lost mines isn't that short, it goes from levels 1-5!

I got it free on DnD Beyond, though not sure it's still available for free.

It is quite good for new players. Lots of different situations and problem solving potential.

Except, the first two encounters, especially the second one in the caves are SURPRISINGLY deadly. There is serious TPK potential, unlike most 5e modules.

What about that new 'adventure' everyone was supposed to be able to get on D&D Beyond for free? It sounds from folks reviews that its a simple couple of encounters with a nice map. Maybe that would work?
