There is no saving the show "Angel". That much is a given. Boreanaz is rumored to be tired of the role (for a while, at least), the show's wrapped, tonight's episode is for "all the marbles."
I have a small request that, if you've never seen "Angel", if you watched it a while back and it didn't strike your fancy, whatever the case - that if you possibly can, please watch it tonight.
My reasons are as follows:
1. It's a drama/comedy well worth watching.
2. Joss wrote the last episode, and it is sure to be engaging.
3. It's a cast of actors who pour their hearts into a role and play them well.
My appeal is to give this great show the send-off it deserves, and remind us all of the paper-thin plots and mediocre dialogue in most television series.
I saw the fall lineups for the major networks yesterday, and I sighed. At least I'll get more work done.
So tune in those WB stations if you can, and please watch a very good show one last time. Thank you.
