Generally when one makes an assertion it's a good idea to have some evidence. Why is it needed?

Otherwise we could just make silly statements like "hawkeyefan is an alien" and pretend they're not silly.
Your understanding is good. Now I'm not a native speaker so maybe I'm understanding it wrong, but isn't grandiose a rather negative term? Kinda like something that has a lot of pomp but not because it deserves to have it, but is big only to have an air of greatness?
I expect it's going to be written to easily slot in where publishers had been using the OGL with as little muss and fuss as possible now that the existence of the OGL is threatened. Other, similar agreements might provide the same kind of rights and coverage... or they might not and I might not have the time or money to do the research myself. I would expect a license like ORC, written specifically to replace the OGL, to do so.Why is the ORC needed? What is it meant to do that other similar agreements couldn’t do?
Yeah. NDA and/or non-disparagement clause.According to Codega's interview with Roll for Combat, she asked a question about "contracts", Matt and Marisha looked kind of confused for a second, and the PR person stated they wouldn't be answering that question.
That's my feeling.Yeah. NDA and/or non-disparagement clause.
