Who it caomes from doesn't matter, but you should check with them since the idea here is that I will be handing out the PDFs to other to also review. If you just want to submit it to me for my review and not worry about the others, that is fine as well.

I'm certainly fine with the additional review possibility and only ask that you allow me to send the additional review copies. This allows me to ensure that I know who is receiving complimentary copies and also ensures that I have given them the most up-to-date version available. This also avoids me having to informally allow violation of no redistribution text in my products. Thanks for asking, Crothian.

Not a problem at all. I'm trying to just make it a little easier on the publishers by acting as a distributer among other things, but welcome publishers that want to be more involved in this. Thanks Mark.
