D&D 5E (2014) A New Frontier [IC]

OOC: Impressive move! Why run around instead of throwing it out?

Luthor approaches from the other side as he was looking for the focus object. He quickly calls Valkurs power into his club and intercepts any skeletons going after Thren.
"Get it out! We'll cover you, but do it quickly."

[sblock=Actions]
Move: as close to the action as possible, going across the yard to get between skeletons and Thren
Bonus: Shillelagh
Action: either dash or ready depending on where he ends up (i.e. if he can attack skeletons going after Thren, he readies an attack, otherwise he moves into position

“Let me help,” Arjhan said. He makes a gesture and a thorny vine sprouts from his wrist. He lashes out with the thorn whip at the skeleton, intending to grab it and yank it over the fence.

[sblock=Actions]
Action: Thorn whip attack and damage: 1D20+5 = [10]+5 = 15
1D6 = [5] = 5

If that hits, it will pull the skeleton 10’ toward Arjhan.

As Thren makes a mad dash for the gate pouring everything he has into dragging this skeleton outside the gate. A well placed hit by Luthor causes one skeleton to crumble instantly. As he reaches the gate Thren feels a tangible force resisting his attempts and removing the skeletons, but Arjhan's whip snaps out wrapping itself around the skeletons ribs and yanking it forcefully into the air.
As the skeleton leaves the manor grounds it is vaporized into a fine powder and begins to blow into the wind. A faint purple glow can be seen toward the front of the manor and a noticeable drop in illumination stops the conflict. You and the skeletons seemed confused by the events happening around you. A cold chill sweeps through sending shivers racing down you back. The skeletons start to slide toward the light.

"Easier said than done!" returns the tiefling as he cuts down another skeleton, the one sheathed in green fire. This time the flame transfers onto the one he originally hit, extra burning damage hopefully enough to drop it at least for few heartbeats before it reforms.

[sblock=Actions]
Move: follow the skeletons
Standard: Green Flame Blade; damage: 1D20+6 = [5]+6 = 11
1D8+4 = [3]+4 = 7
- probably a miss, unless I get advantage
If advantage: 1D20+6 = [7]+6 = 13 - not much better, but still :)
[/sblock]

"We cannot get them all out in time and destroying them doesn't work! I can get them all, but why would I?!" Luthor grabs one of the skeletons between ribs from the back and digs in pulling in the opposite direction.

[sblock=Actions]
Move to the nearest
Action: Grab: 1D20+2 = [17]+2 = 19
Move: whatever remains of the move spend moving toward the gate and away from the light

Thren sees the dust billow around him and smiles, "Well.. that...hypoth...hypoth....hypoth.... idea seemed.... to work."

He lithely leaps back into the fray, grabbing at another skeleton.

And start skull dragging the skeleton
