A Night at the Four Seasons (DM: renau1g, Judge:Ozymandias79)

"Take as much time as you need to feel better dearies" the fey says.

OOC: No time constraints at this time so feel free to use whatever wacky healing powers you've got

"Before we... or at least before - I - do anything else for you, I think you have some explaining to do," Phoenix says, gesturing towards the dead Eladrin.

"I'll kill a man in a fair fight... or if I think he's gonna start a fair fight... or if he really bothers me... or if there's an attractive man involved... or if I'm getting paid - mostly only when I'm getting paid. But this? Killing Eladrin for no good reason? Just doesn't make any sense."

Kaeysari stretches out her legs, still feeling a little wobbly.

[sblock=ooc]Kaeysari will spend a surge, which will put her 1 point short of full.[/sblock]

"I dislike killing, but these asked for it. What I don't like is that you used us and implicated us in Mireva knows what fey plot. Now, say thank you, give us information we asked for and release us from your service, if you please."

Cyr drinks some water and washes his face to clear his head from Eladrin blinding bolts.

"Kauldron, Phoenix, would you help me burn them. I'll give them burrial rite, unless you would prefer to do it, Kauldron?"

OOC: Spend one surge to get to full.

"We had a perfectly good reason," Tarkus said. "We couldn't just stand aside and let them kill someone, pact or no. We gave them every opportunity, and they refused to back down or even to try to convince us that the lady deserved death. From what they said it sounded like they were simply out to for vengeance. If it wasn't so and we just killed a lawful posse trying to apprehend an evildoer, well, they have nobody to blame but themselves."

I'll give Kaeysari a Healing Word, actually, so that 1 HS takes her up to full.

Healing Word on Kaeysari, Kauldron, Papol, Tarkus (1d6+4=9, 1d6+4=8, 1d6+4=9, 1d6+4=7)

Kaeysari spends 1 HS, regains 22 hp (now at 52/52)
Kauldron spends 1 HS, regains 21 hp (now at 53/53)
Papol spends 1 HS, regains 22 hp (now at 52/25)
Tarkus spends 1 HS, regains 16 hp (now at 35/36)

Takes 15 min total to cast 2 groups of 2 healing words, and then recharge them for the next encounter.

"It just seems weird, that's all," mutters Papolstaanas, still eyeing the bodies of the eladrin guiltily. "What was so urgent that they couldn't just...." He sighs, trailing off. There's probably going to be as much fibbing in the next letter he sends his mother as there was in the previous one. Not that he can send letters from wherever he is now. Can he?

[sblock=OOC]Woot! Thanks Tarkus you rock!

Ok just so everyone knows that I haven't run off and disappeared or what not. I will be busy until after the 22nd of May. My wedding is on the 22nd and with less then a week left it's run around time to get the last minute things finished before the date. I'll be able to make small posts but that's about it. Will be back full time gamer on the 23rd or so.

Thanks for the support.[/sblock]

"As you say."

Phoenix walks from body to body, engulfing them with flames. She watches the bodies burn raptly and seems disappointed when there's not enough left of each corpse to burn.
Hey! the drow exclaims, barely extracting his fingers (and the items on the eladrin's body) before it explodes into flame. Dear lady, I do need those fingers for my various arts. His eyes danced a moment at the last "witty" comment, before attempting to divine what he had salavaged.
OOC: Just pointing out Damen was looting before the burning (9 posts agao). :)

"I don't think I want any elaboration on your 'arts'", Phoenix says. "These eladrin have a fiery afterlife to get to."

OOC: I assumed Damen would be done by the time Phoenix started, since Phoenix wouldn't start until the bodies were good and looted - gotta make a profit from this somehow. ;)
